Phive Dynamics collects the minimum it needs to respond to your inquiry, send the book notification you asked for, and understand how the site is used — and nothing more.
What we collect.
- The engage form — your name, company, email, the decision window you select, and any context you choose to add.
- The book notify list — your email, and your name if you give it.
- Analytics — anonymous usage via PostHog. No ad networks, no cross-site tracking.
- The free tools (the roi. and workforce. subdomains) — the account email you sign in with via Supabase Auth, and the saved scenarios you create.
What we do with it.
Two things. We respond to your inquiry — within one business day — and we send the book notification you asked for. Nothing else.
Never sold, never shared with third parties beyond the processors listed below.
Who processes it.
Holds form submissions and free-tool accounts. Encrypted at rest and in transit; SOC 2 Type II.
Delivers the replies and notifications you asked for. SOC 2 Type II.
Anonymous usage data. No ad networks.
Serves the site.
Retention & deletion.
We keep what you send for as long as it stays relevant to the conversation you started — no longer. Email ask@phivelabs.com at any time to see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted.
